Divisions

Solo and 2, 3, 4 person teams of any gender are welcome. 

Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers.

The top four 3 and 4 person co-ed teams will be invited to the USARA Adventure Race National Championship, with the co-ed winner recieving a $400 credit into the Championship from Topo.  The co-ed winners will also recieve the coveted USARA Regional Champion Merrell jackets.

New for 2012, the top four 3 and 4 person single gender teams will also be invited to the USARA Nationals

Registration

Registration is now open for the 18 hour Heart Of It All Adventure Race.  You can register online at no cost via Paypal by clicking the registration button above, or you can print and mail the mail in registration form by following the link below.

Boats will be provided for all teams; personal paddling gear can be used and can be staged at the boats.

Cost (per person)

$140 per racer **

**Non-USARA Members will need to purchase an $8 single day membership or a $35 annual membership the day of the race.

About the race

The Heart Of It All Adventure Race is the newest adventure race in Ohio, and the only USARA regional qualifier in Ohio.  This challenging adventure race will have racers travelling on foot, on bike, and in canoe for 15-18 hours through the heartland of Ohio.

You can expect flat water lake paddling, river paddling, sweet flowing single track mountain biking, challenging navigation, and fun times!  The leading teams will cover 90 plus miles.

Additional Information

Entry includes waterproof maps from MyTopo, insurance, USARA sanctioning and Regional Qualifier status, great door prizes from sponsors, post-race party with food, and short-sleeved race shirt
 
Each team will be provided pre-marked topograhical map(s). No outside maps are allowed during the race. Each team will be provided with one checkpoint (CP) punchcard and one set of race instructions. The maps, punchcard and race instructions are the responsibility of the team once they have been distributed.

No support crew will be needed.
